You can shop in our online store without any worries, the connection between the JUSTUDIOS online store and your computer is secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) security. In order to do business in the online store, the customer must be at least 18 years old.

Tariff

The prices of the products are denominated in euros (EUR) and include VAT in accordance with the Finnish tax legislation in force at the time. Prices do not include handling or shipping costs. The prices we state at the time of ordering are valid throughout the customer's purchase process.

Justudios.online reserves the right to cancel the order in case of a clear price error. A clear price error in an online store means that the price of the product clearly and significantly differs from the actual price of the product (for example, if the product has a price of 0.00 euros or no price at all). In this case, the incorrect price is so clearly different from the correct price that you are deemed to understand that the price information is incorrect.

Delivery of products

An agreement binding on the parties is created when the justudios.online online store has sent a separate order confirmation to the e-mail address you provided (Order Confirmation). Confirmation will be made as soon as the order has been received by justudios.online and payment has been made successfully.

The justudios.online online store has the right to reject your order in individual cases. Justudios.online does not guarantee the availability of e-commerce products in all situations. All purchases made with your customer ID will be considered your purchases. For this reason, it is important that you store customer IDs carefully so that they do not become known to outsiders.

After order confirmation, it is no longer possible to add or remove products or resize products to your order.

JUSTUDIOS is not responsible if the delivery of the order is delayed due to the transport service or the order cannot be delivered because the customer has provided incorrect contact information to JUSTUDIOS' online store or fails to notify and update their changed contact information, or is not present at the agreed delivery time.

JUSTUDIOS will also not be able to make an impact if any of our partner's package points are full and packages are routed to alternative pickup points.

Delivery methods

The justudios.online online store delivers orders using the following delivery methods:

In Finland

Pickup from Jyväskylä

• Pickup the products you ordered from Jyväskylä. You will be notified by text message or email when your purchases are ready to be picked up.

Pickup from Posti office / parcel machine

• Pickup the products you ordered from the mail of your choice. You will be notified of the arrival of the package by text message or email. You can track the progress of the shipment based on the shipment ID. The post office stores the packages for 7 days at all its pick-up points. Uncollected packets are then returned to the sender.

Normal delivery time is approximately 1-4 business days from receipt of order. During peak times such as Christmas, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Right of Return and Purchase Security

You have a 14-day full return on the products you order. Discounts based on the purchase amount may be reconsidered for returns.

Returned products must be unused (except for matching) and in their original packaging. JUSTUDIOS reserves the right not to accept a return if the product no longer corresponds to a new, unused product.

For complaints about products purchased from the online store, please contact our customer service info@justudios.online. In your message, describe the product error and state the name of the defective product and the order number found in the order.
